Hello! I’m Helesti, the heart and soul behind Skin & Body Wellness. As a mom to two vibrant boys, aged 15 and 8, I’m deeply familiar with the juggling act that life often requires and the critical role of self-care in managing it all.

My professional journey in the wellness industry began in 1999, following my graduation with international diplomas in aesthetics and physiatrics. From the start, I was captivated by the holistic connections between lifestyle and health. My thesis, 'Beauty from Within,' highlighted the profound influence of diet on skin health, a theme that has profoundly shaped my approach to skin and body wellness.

Today, I combine this foundational knowledge with the personal insights gained through years of experience.
